These Items entitled to Return and Refund Policy:

1 - EPF Eggs: Any Defects or abnormal or damaged Eggs need to report a problem within 48

     hours after receiving the products via call or email.

2- Gloves: Any Defects or damaged need to report a problem within 48 hours after receiving 

     the products via call or email.

3- Live Stock Ostrich Chicks: The buyer has to examine the Chicks on the spot upon receiving

     theme Chicks. If there is any issue with the Chicks kindly contact us via call.

 Shipping And Delivery:

 1 - EPF Eggs: The shipping and Delivery will take 14-day after full settlement. 

 2-  Gloves:  Upon receiving the full settlement delivery will take 3-5 working days. 

 3-  Live Stock Ostrich Chicks: There is limited delivery for livestock due to the safety of the

      chicks, we will review your delivery location before shipping out.
